10 Years of SMOKESTAK

MIAM worked with David Carter to conceptualise, market, create and deliver an epic one day event to celebrate SMOKESTAK's 10 year birthday party. The team took over a carpark in east London, building a full event site, including container bars, smokers and brick pits. The event brought back SMOKESTAK's veteran pitmasters and bar legends to celebrate the restaurant's legacy from street vendor to established restaurant. Serving over 10 dishes from across the years of SMOKESTAK.

Hosted near Shoreditch's Brick Lane, the likes of Joshua Moroney of Cue Point and Elliot Cunningham of Lagom cooked up SMOKESTAK classics whilst the bars poured custom slushy cocktails and DJs kept the 2,000 strong crowd entertained well into the night.

MIAM oversaw the delivery of the production, marketing, content and budget management for the one off event.
